Hi, I’m Rachel, a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and the owner of Gretel Bookkeeping and Business Solutions. I’m a Los Angeles–based remote bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with a background in business operations, administration, and property management. I help small-business owners keep their books organized, understand their finances, and have more time to focus on growing their businesses.
My experience managing day-to-day operations has taught me how much happens behind the scenes to keep a business running. From scheduling and client relationships to coordinating projects and handling financial details, I enjoy bringing order to busy environments and helping people feel more in control.

I started Gretel because I wanted to put that experience to work supporting small-business owners in a personal, practical way. I believe you should feel comfortable asking questions about your books and confident that you have someone dependable in your corner. My approach is attentive, approachable, and tailored to your business, with bookkeeping and payroll support that makes your workload easier to manage.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two sons, and one of my greatest joys is supporting their interests, ambitions, and goals. I love fitness, animals, and spending time outdoors. Family is a big part of my life, and I understand how valuable it is to have more time for the people and activities that matter to you.
